ViiV Healthcare Congress Sponsorships

Congress sponsorship request should include:

• Support for independently organized congresses/conferences to further Scientific Engagement (presentation of original/new research data or a forum to discuss amongst the scientific community the exchange of new research strategies/ideas)

Funding is payable to a Healthcare Related Organization or their foundations, in which ViiV Healthcare may receive benefits in exchange for funding, and/or that offer the possibility to associate the ViiV brand and promote ViiV technologies/products via the platform.  

ViiV Healthcare only provides sponsorship for congresses that meet the following requirements:

• The program content is related to HIV, is of good scientific standing, and aligned to our scientific, medical or HIV community interests.
• The content is developed independently.
• The venue meets our requirements and has appropriate facilities which are separated from any entertainment, sports, tourist or leisure facilities that may be present.
• Congresses are supported by two or more sponsors to avoid the perception that VH has organized the event.
